Introduction

Welcome to "Physics with Prof. Aragoneses", a website where you can find educational videos made by college students. We want to share with you short presentations to help understand physics concepts, from introductory courses of physics to more specific topics, such as special relativity or photonics.

The videos you will watch have been developed by young college students as a tool for them to learn physics, but also to incorporate communication skills in their training.

All videos are assignments the students had to do in my courses, and were presented in a local high school.

Overview of Courses

Newtonian Physics

In this section you will find videos explaining topics from classical physics: Newton's laws, gravity, inertia, friction, angular momentum, among others.

Special Relativity

This is an introduction to Einstein's special relativity. Concepts such as time dilation, length contraction, or lack of synchronization are presented, along with some of the most famous, and not so famous, paradoxes.

Taste of Physics

In  this section you will find brief descriptions of physics concepts not necessarily related with classical physics of especial relativity. Short clips from movies, or some recent developments of physics at the frontier.
